Three step development process
Full certification based on scope of supply following lifting or mooring rules of class societies.
Design - Production - Testing & Certification
STEP 1: We design the lifting, rigging or mooring component to find the safest and most optimal functional solution.
STEP 2: We provide forging of up to 20.000 kg / 44.000 lbs single weight, including Forging, Heat / Surface treatment, Machining and Assembly
STEP 3: We offer a range of tets, both during and after production and make sure the product is certified by a third party, like (N)DT testing. Read more...
Standard & advanced solutions
Irizar Standard Forgings offer a full range of high quality, standardized, heavy-duty crane components (based on EN10204-3.1). Products from this range are of high quality but come without optional add-ons such as design, testing and certification.
Some projects require more than a stardardized crane component. That´s why Irizar Forge also offers Irizar Advanced Solutions: a full service solution for producing tailor made forged components in which Irizar Forge takes care of the entire development process. The service package ranges from design and production through to testing and third party certification. This process usually involves close cooperation between the customer and Irizar Forge´s engineering departments – something Irizar Forge excels at.
